Buried in federal regulations is a measurement known as the "social cost of carbon," an estimate of the cost associated with climate change's impacts on agricultural production, human health, flood risk and ecosystems.
Obviously I understand what carbon based life form means but what on earth could that possibly that have to do with man-made carbon emissions and pricing? These two things have absolutely nothing to do with each other. It's like saying "The human body is mostly made of water, therefore I'm against flood prevention!"
And what is it you're imagining when you fear they'll "Take away carbon"?
Carbon has no price, we are carbon based life forms, this isn't pollution. Total and complete BS!
Huh?
You make no sense
You make no sense
Actually he does. Take away carbon and you would cease to exist. All organic molecules have a carbon base.
And what is it you're imagining when you fear they'll "Take away carbon"?
