Lethbridge police deployed an armoured rescue vehicle on one of the city's main roads Thursday, closing Whoop-Up Drive for several hours before taking a heavily armed man into custody.

Glad to see it ended peacefully but I do wonder how long it'll be till some perpetually offended SJW decideds that the name Whoop-Up Drive denigrates Native Canadians and starts protesting for a name change to something more appropriate like "Party Hardy Drive"
