Police say five people attending a candlelight vigil in for a man killed in west Baltimore were shot when a gunman opened fire on the crowd.

Is what you meant, because I know that as a "reasonable" person you would not blame someone for todays problems who has been out of power for almost a decade.

Now the group will blame the police for not doing enough to find the shooter.
