There is a virulent �we� versus �them� rhetoric in Russia today, a growing anti-West sentiment wrapped up as ultra-nationalism.

Asked how Russia sees Canada, he says: "Canada is independent on economy, but from a military point of view we don?t divide Canada and the U.S."

I wonder if Putin still has fans on the rabid right. They quite liked him--strong authoritative, nationalistic, white.

They're suffering from shrivelled dick syndrome because we thrived after the Cold War ended and they ended up cooking their pets for dinner. They think that they're VICTIMS and that, rightfully, they should have won and conquered all of us.

Hmmm. When did we last hear things like that ... Weimar something ...
