CBC News has obtained court documents filed by the RCMP that allege Senator Pamela Wallin committed fraud and breach of trust by filing inappropriate expense claims between Jan. 2, 2009, and Sept. 30, 2012.

    She'll have a lot more trouble fighting this one. Perhaps, the RCMP should cast a wider net and investigate ALL of the Senators.

    Stupid broad..she should have resigned then she could have kept her pension just like Harb.

    Oh I'll be pissed about that one as long as those responsible are in power for sure. Likely even longer than that. No small deal, that's for sure.
