    There might be a relationship too; we don't know why the telomers on DNA break off as we get older. Or why there is only one billion year old Ameoba in the ocean, and the trillions of others just like it on earth are just it's identical clones.

    I believe that a cure for aging is not too far away. Neurosurgeons already believe that they are capable of performing a successful head transplant.

    So realistically we are at a point where it is only cellular degeneration in the brain that is the limiting factor, once that is solved, presto, immortality.
