Would be nice if they actually did the time they were sentenced to.

Unfortunately that will probably never happen....

The best part of the story is that when talking about the rioters nowhere did they use the word.....fan!

To bad it wasn't about 5 years each, but at least they got something and that's better than the stern talking to other people in this province who have committed assaults have gotten.

But I had to laugh when I read the article and it said "McKay a hero" because that's not what I would have called him. 8O

His actions bordered on insane not heroic and while I applaud his sense of community, my guess is that he'll never put someone else's corporate profits ahead of his own life again especially, since he now knows how these mentally deficient herd animals react in this type of environment.

They should've sentanced them to be in jail until the canucks are in the final again ;)

I simply can't believe we are still dealing with these criminals! Why does it take so long......and so freakin' much money to put these guys in jail? Britain did it in what...less than a month? Beyond ridiculous that the trials are still going on.

Agreed. And won't get any better under Crispie Clark, she'll keep undefunding the justice system.

Hard labor is what they deserve.
