    Anytime there's an article about questionable trade practices in China, I expect all Chinese comments to end in an " ARRRRRR!" Unfortunately it always comes out, "ALLLLLLLLLLLL!!"

    A Chinese tech firm that says it owns the iPad trademark, plans to seek a ban on exports of Apple Inc.�s (AAPL-Q503.631.030.20%) computer tablets from China, a lawyer for the company said.

    If successful, the move could deal a blow to the U.S. technology giant�s iPad sales worldwide. Not only is China a huge consumer market but it is a major production base for the American company�s iconic products including the iPad, iPhone and iPod.


    I have to admit, the thought of seeing Apple get burned due to rushing to make its product in a low cost jurisdiction tickles me a bit.

    Excuse me but all I have to say to Apple is that is serves them right for moving their manufacturing to China.

    Dude even so everything Apple is so over priced, probably cost a small fortune if it were made in the USA.

    Wonder how much Apple makes off every Ipad and iPhone sale now ?
