Harper heads to Paris meeting on Libya

Prime Minister Stephen Harper headed to Paris late Friday to attend a summit with other world leaders to discuss the ongoing crisis in Libya, hours after announcing Canada would deply CF-18s to enforce a UN no-fly zone.
