A winter storm is making for treacherous driving conditions in and around Edmonton Wednesday.

    Yep. Saw that pile up at 16 & 60, drove her through the ditch to the next overpass and turned around and went home. Thank f- I work for a comapny that has the infrastructure to let me work from anyplace on the planet with an internet connection. My warm home office is just fine on a day like today.

    'Junior' lives in Lloyd. I would have really liked to visit him today. Office asked if I wanted to come in and pick up a cheque today. I said " No! Here's a bank acc# you can direct deposit to"!

    Once per year. It's always the day I pick to sneak off to finalize the last of the Christmas shopping, yet be back in time for lunch so Mrs SprCForr doesn't become suspicious.
