    There isn't much of a difference between a Government apointee and bureaucrat when it comes to milking the job, so they may be right about how long it takes for a hearing.

    But if they are serious about speeding up the hearing process, only issue one stamp to the board and it should read denied.

    As I read the article it sounds like the IRB appointees are lazy if they can replace 127 of them with 100 bureaucrats.
