Queen to bring touch of class to Canada Day bash on Parliament Hill

The normally informal, boisterous festivities on Parliament Hill are to kick off at noon with the arrival of Her Majesty and Prince Philip in a horse-drawn landau, complete with a mounted RCMP escort.

I would like to be in Ottawa. I'm not really a fan of the monarchy but the Queen is a very classy woman that I respect.

Every time the Queen speaks I always feel classier and the world always seems a little better. Long may she reign, then after her reign is over then we can talk about the relevance of the monarchy.
