I think she should be moved to the home of whoever decides this is a good idea.

Ok, to sum it up, a 12 years old slut gets fucked by a 23 years old scumbag and they decide to kill 3 innoccent people to pursue their disgusting relationship.

Now you put that kind of scum back into the system without significant punishment.

    Wonderful!

When she gets her license, she can take Vince for a ride.

I'm not sure she needs a licence to drive...

Oddly enough, this was a 12 year old manipulated by a 23 year old. This is a horror that she will live with till the end of her days. I agree 100% with a death penalty, but in this case, I am sure she was manipluated and could not see any other way. Once she is "better" she should be released but with a few conditions, such as no contact with Steinke for life. Of course I do not know the whole story, if she is not showing signs of guilt or remourse then I would have another opinion.

Maybe 12 year olds could have the choice to date people that aren't scum bags.

I mean choices ranging from Steinke to creepy guys in windowless vans contrasted with the horrors of celibacy makes it a very hard age to be for the early bloomers.

Sorry buddy but sociopaths are born not made, so in her case there'll likely never be a "when she's better".

Some studies have shown that psychopaths are made. They are born normal but their environment warps them. Iused to think that they were one and the same until I did a little reading and talked with a client/student who is a psychiatrist. However, this all being said, from what I've heard, this kid came from a fairly stable home life and was likely born damaged, a sociopath.

Well to make a proper Psychopath you first take a simple born Sociopath or similar Anti-Social and then you confine and torture them for a couple years.

I don't think she'll get better but if exposed to a happy and normal life she shouldn't get any worse.

And as a 16 year old she shouldn't have as many barriers she'd be tempted to overcome with horrific violence.

Except for those snooty cliky high school girls, that roam about in packs of semi feral Jens and that jerk who asked her to the prom but spent the whole night dancing with some other chick...

    How about when she's 18?

How about when she's 65? Or dead?

Actually she has some problems with her brain, and I'm sure that soon she will do something like that again, it's unbelievable that she can be a good element of society.

No, a psychopath, can be born completely normal. This is where nature versus nurture comes in. Sociopaths are born damaged, while a pschopath is damaged by external forces, like abuse, during their formative years. A psychopath could have been a normal person had they been brought up properly, but sociopaths were never normal and never can be, no matter what their upbringing.
