A public inquiry into Robert Dziekanski's death revealed new evidence and the investigation into the actions of the four RCMP officers involved should be reopened, says a special prosecutor appointed following a damning report from the inquiry.

Allright, let's see where this goes although I expect nowhere...
It's extremely rare that cops are ever charged with criminal wrongdoing, even in such a high profile case.
