The International Olympic Committee says that admission to steroid use shouldn't stop California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger from carrying the Olympic flame.

No, it shouldn't, but him carrying the torch for any reason shouldn't be allowed. This isn't the California winter games is it? Maybe we should arrest him when he hits the border for defaulting on his states gas and hydro bills?
