Ontario courts can change or "amend up" a speeding ticket if the driver decides to fight it, the province's Court of Appeal ruled Thursday.

    its nice to get a break, but this is just going to bite them in the ass, do the crime, pay the fine, that simple. tell the officers to stop giving breaks

    Accept your ticket, say "thank you" to the officer for getting that break, and move on.
