I've had a device that's worked for a number of years. It's called proper driving habits.

    :)

I have all cameras, plus mobile traps as well in my Garmin.

The police maybe say they have moved on, but its a fact they
    habitually hit the same locations.

Oh and for free as well thanks :)

why not expand the database so it includes speed limits, then if the end user chooses to do so, they can configure the system to alert him any time he is speeding instead of just near speed traps. I would subscribe to a system like this.

I bike home from work each day.

My wife makes this possible because we are able to commute together in the moring.

Since my wife's van seems to have a permanently mounted bike rack, I am considering mounting a $10 garage sale bike on it to ensure her license plate can never be caught on camera.

pretty subtle way to beat the camera, eh?

That's a great idea. I am very suprised something like this is not available. I have been in vehicles that beep when you're going faster than 120km/h, but that only helps you on the highway and doesn't take into account different highway speeds.

if the location is a good money producer, they will be back.

Another way to make this work would be RFID chips in every speed limit sign.

My wife and both have Valentine Radar/Laser detectors in our vehicles. Most of the stops I see out here are from "ghost" cars, and it's really easy to find yourself going over the 50Kmph on most of the roads here. Since they're legal here they're no big deal. Besides it's like having your mother siting in the back seat always telling you to slow down even if you're not speeding.

I sure would like to have a magnetic pulse gun so I could blast the cameras out of existance, but unfortunately they are too expensive and too illegal.
