Shots were fired Thursday afternoon in a suburban Vancouver area bordering Burnaby and Coquitlam, the RCMP said.

The found a way to deal with this sort of crap in Quebec, wvwn with these federal laws. Why can't we do that here? Why do we have to have people like this on the streets?
Oh yeah. because judges like drugs.
