Russia is considering arming its Baltic fleet with nuclear warheads for the first time since the cold war, senior military sources warned last night.

    What was the WOPR saying? The only way to win is not to play. We make a missile shield, they polish their war heads. Pointless waste of effort and brinkmanship. If not the Russians it would be the Chinese or some other up and coming power.
    The Russian military also said it would ignore attempts to restrict the movement of its Black Sea fleet in and out of Sebastopol, in Ukraine. The Crimean port was emerging as a potential flashpoint in Russia�s efforts to prevent former Soviet countries on its borders from joining Nato.

    This weekend Ukraine further angered Russian officials by offering to create a joint missile defence network with western countries.


    I see Ukraine wants to be the next smoking crater.

    Georgia used to be a free nation when the USSR dissolved, but Islam has just about choked it politically to its death.

    To those of you who think Georgia has western ways.. that is about done. There is little freedom there because Islam is spreading like oil on water. Though the population is largely sort of Christian, it is being taken over by the religion of peace which as always loves to force everyone else to submit to it.

    I remind everyone that the United States has approximately 8.5 million of these folks within our borders. Study what is going on in Britain and get ready. Study Canada, Sharia Law, Mclean's magazine & the CHRC. Study Australia, protests against headscarf rulings, terrorist threats.

    huh?? Georgia is predominantly Orthodox with only 11% of the population being Muslim, and they are mostly in Abkhazia, which is not really part of Georgia anymore.
