Definitely this moron should be charged first-degree murder and tossed away.

I guess some Liberal judge feels this guy is worthy of being returned to the streets at some day in the future.

I only wish he had killed the judges daughter.

Although the justice system really needs to be overlooked, and because this is just something you`d see in the movies, I say lock him up in a 4x6 cell and never let him out, and only feed him bread and water.

I say bring back the death penalty and hang the son of a bitch.

Canadian tax payers now have to flip for this guys stay in prison for the next 20 years.

I am sure the "anti-death penalty" groups can agree there were enough witnesses to this murder. I would love to see their argument now.

    Nice.

Listen up, ignoranus: Charges are laid by the Crown, not the judge, so before you go wishing death on some inncoent girl, at least do your fucking research.

Crown prosecutors, o.k. so who is the crown. Then thier daughters get it.

Who cares the statement stands. There are to many judges, crown prosecutors who don't fight for the victims in Canada. They need a GOD Dam wake up call!!

I heard on tv that, in Vermont, a "Liberal" judge gave a child sex offender a slap on the wrist (six weeks in jail), for the rape of a six year old... ouch!!! (I also heard on tv that he raped a child, again.)

By killing their daughters? Well, I guess it has kind of an Old Testament feel to it.

My frined is a Crown prosecutor and he has a daughter who is 18 months. Please tell me how you would kill her.

    If you insist...

Yes, this case is pretty much cut and dried, but so what? This was one of the most repugnant crimes I've heard of in recent memory, yet I still say they should throw him in a deep, dark hole and let him rot until he dies.

I am against capital punishment period. It doesn't prevent murders and all it does it harken back to ancient times. Many people here prattle on about how primitive the Muslims are, but don't bat an eye at capital punishment. Hypocritical? Definitely!

"Kill me now" says the killer

let's grant him his wish we wouldn't want to withhold his right to die now would we

that will be the next liberal argument about this case.

You know what I'm talking about Zipperfish.

These guys need to have a bus hit them before they see the light. (you want to pick apart an analogy, knock yourself out)

I am tired of justice in Canada caring more about the offender than the victims.

But of course you have hijacked this thread away from the idea of death penatly and the offender.

    ROTFL ROTFL ROTFL

Oh yes such a fine arguement.

Hanging a man for the murder of another, vs. the stoning to death of a young girl for going out with another man.

Yes, I will defend an eye for and eye. You kill human being, you get a rope round your neck.

I don't agree with Muslims who stone a young girl to death for cheating on the husband. Please....

No, I didn't hijack this thread. I merely challneged you on your previous assertion that innocent girls should be killed to satisfy your perceived inequity. It was a stupid thing to say.

I doubt you even know the difference between first- and second-degree murder. Or what the duties of a Crown Prosecutor an a judge are. I also doubt that you bother educating yourself on the issues.

Poor Mr. Li. He's surely all torn up with grief over what happened and maybe if he gets in front of the right judge he'll get the therapy he needs and then can return to society in a few years to live the life he really deserves. Putting him in jail just won't serve any productive purpose.

You are being very picky about words Zipperfish. I was just saying they should feel the same as the victims here and we may see some real justice.
