Well now isn't that interesting? I seriously doubt that he or his wife have Covid 19 given they're likely tested on a regular basis especially given the number of people he's in contact with daily.

But if by some chance they are infected I'm sure that it's nothing more than a bad case of afluenza and not some killer virus that's wreaking havoc with the rest of the country.

But it's odd that he's "self isolating" just prior to the budget announcement?

Could it be that he doesn't want to be anywhere near his Minister of Finance when the truth comes out about what his and Geralds less that stellar ideas have done to the Canadian Economy.

My guess is it'll be the usual, we're doing fine and everything that's wrong with Canada is because of:

A: Stephen Harper;
B. Covid 19;
C. White Supremacists;
D. Donald Trump.

Grimace over Sox would be an improvement.

Although I will give our PM one Kudo. He did do the right thing when he announced the 1 billion dollar bailout for people who are sick and employers who have sick people.

Now the only problem with that promise is, will anyone really see the money or will the gov't pull a DVA style shell game where they promise the money, create a giant red tape bureaucracy so no one can collect it and then return it to General Revenues when it goes unclaimed?

Considering how long this virus has been spreading around the world, one just might question why the leader of our country would agree with his spouse traveling at all. Just saying.

The princes and kings of the earth are not immune to that which comes to level the field. The hateful part of me is actually kind of smirking at how biblical a lot of this is turning out to be. Not proud of myself for thinking like that but I can't quite seem to get the resentful thoughts of this sort under control.
