Another psycho, just what the world needs.

On one hand I have a visceral impulse that this insect should be taken outside shot and thrown into a ditch. This would save the taxpayers money and less mental anguish to those involved; HOWEVER to avoid turning into the kind of society all decient people despise he needs to be given a trial by local law and dealt with in the legal way.

We in the west will give this individual a fair trial. That is the best way to undermine creeps like this.
