$1:
“I’ve now been in 57 states — I think one left too.”
–Obama at a 2008 campaign event in Beaverton, OR

But then some things Obama does get right...

$1:
“The reforms we seek would bring greater competition, choice, savings and inefficiencies to our health care system.” –Barack Obama, health care roundtable, Washington, D.C., July 20, 2009

The point is that is Palin makes a gaffe, it's proof of how stupid she is. If Obama makes a gaffe, well, that's okay cause he's a leftie.

GreenTiger GreenTiger:
Sara Palin is American's answer to Helena Gurgis.

But Helena Guergis was just a rhetorical question.

Well, I am be doing an injustice to Helena, but the two of them seem equally unequally to be tourists to their legislatures rather then actually give them authority where they could do something dangerous and stupid.

There has to be some female politician that rises to the smallness of Sara Palin.

Apparently quitting as governor to go out and 'talk to Americans' hasn't improved her own grasp of the simpler things.

Like english.

Yet another example of the very flower of the tea party movement.

I just don't get all the animus and hatred being aimed at this woman. I can only think that without Bush and Rove to hate anymore some of you people need to focus your innate viciousness at someone and Palin is a convenient target.

The problem is she wears her gaffs like a badge of honor, it is like she feels it proves how 'grass roots' she is. Then when people make fun of her she has a tendency to cry foul, some times they are pretty low swipes at her granted, however I think she brings it on herself most of time.

She is stupid, yet she acts like she has a brain. True a lot of politicians are like this, but I get help but think of her foreign policy experience "I can see Russian from my house".

She is smarter than most people give her credit to be. :P

No, she doesn't. Recently the left went insane because she spoke at a fundraiser at a college in California and she made (gasp!) a pretty typical speaker's fee of $75,000. The private alumni organization that put on the fundraiser (at zero cost to taxpayers) went through hell because of it. In the end, Palin spoke and the alumin org made more money than ever before on a speakers event. Some $400,000 was generated that will now go to low-income students and for other scholarships and student needs.

There was NOTHING to be gained on hating the woman for speaking at this event and the bastards on the left would've rather her cancel the lecture at a cost to the students of $400,000.00 - that just doesn't make any sense and it's just pure hate.

I don't think Sarah Palin is any dummy. Didn't think George Bush was either.

Then there was Sheila Jackson Lee telling us last week there's still a North and South Vietnam. She's the same Democratic genius who thought Neil Armstrong landed on Mars. Or how about Hank Johnson who worries putting more personnel on Guam might tip the island over.

Did The One ever figure out you pronounce Corpsman as core-man, not corpse-man?

Refudiate, repudiate, so what?
