Abusive father and owed someone money who threatened her. Things must have gotten even more lax since i worked for CIC because this clam from a democratic and free country of all places would have been tossed on sight. I mean do you know how many people that would open us up to? This judge doing this likely assured she'd get into the country. No way they could refuse her now.
Immigration judges are a joke. I'm not sure all of them have even read the Immigration act. Bunch of political party faithful who'd otherwise be unemployed.
