Pretty sloppy effort on PEI's part. 10 times he was drunk driving? Should have been thrown in the bucket years ago.

The jail time is to pay off the fines, It's quite common for people to serve minimal sentences to wipe out traffic fines, My own Father In Law did it for a driveing with no insurance fine, they caught up to him 5 years after the fact and threw his ass in the can for 2 months, fines gone.
