According to U.S. Code Title 8 Section 1401 (Nationals and citizens of United States at birth), he is a natural born citizen of the U.S. He was born at Coco Solo Naval Air Station in Panama to U.S. citizens while his father was stationed there in the Navy.

Same with anyone born on a U.S. base. My buddy in Texas married a German girl while stationed over seas in Germany.

His daughter was born on the Ramstein Air Base so is automatically a U.S. Born National, and because her mother is a German citizen she holds a U.S. Passport and EU Passport.

The thing is that the form you have there is not an original birth certificate. It's certifed as a certificate of live birth and is a computer print out from info on a database. An original birth cert for that time period would've been typed out and signed on white paper (the standard in the USA from about 1933 to the 1980's).

Also, the Hawaiian computer document erroneously lists his name as "Obama" when contemporary documentation lists his birth name as "Saetoro". Saetoro was the name on his birth certificate according to Indonesian authorities when he signed up for school as a child.

I'm not going all tinfoil here, but there are some valid questions that need to be addressed.

Well how about the duel citizenship issue, when he lived in Indonesia he was granted citizenship to that country while living there.

Indonesia does not allow 2 citizenships and you must renounce your US Citizenship.

This registration document, made available on Jan. 24, 2007, by the Fransiskus Assisi school in Jakarta, Indonesia, shows the registration of Barack Obama under the name Barry Soetoro into the Catholic school made by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro. The document lists Barry Soetoro as a Indonesian citizen, born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, and shows his Muslim step-father listed the boy’s religion as Islam.
