Well, let's see what Harper has up his sleeve on climate change. It won't be free. UNless he actually ahs the courage of his convictions to come out and say what he really thinks--that the whole thing is a load of hooey.

I guess it's a question, then, of whose plan will cost more--the Conservative's or the Liberal's.

Unless, as stated earlier, Harper actually has the cajones to come and say global wamring is a bunch of crap.
