I wonder what "cultural" background the attendant had for the Rack-em-ups to cuff a blind man so willingly and quickly and shove him in the back seat of a cruiser over a service dog.

How the cops not notice the dog or the working harness. It’s their job to be observant. That the rcmp would defend this action is very sad. The gas’s station employee should be the explaining his actions and begging to keep his job.
