Bullshit.
Emissions have fallen because of all the factories that aren't working.

Except Banking tanked their Economy and they still are achieving the goal. That's the point. The economy tanked and that's why they're making their goal. Shuttered factories don't make CO2.

Is that a 20% reduction in total or a 20% reduction per capita?
Also France hit 85% CO2 free energy production 40 years ago with nuclear power. Germany is building 2 new multi gigawatt coal plants right this second.

translation: I will keep my stupid uninformed opinion until someone spends a lot of time showing me proof, and even then I won't change my opinion, because it is based on my own stupid assumptions. Google 'economic crisis in Europe'.

Not doing your work for you, lazy chump. Europe is ready for it's 3rd recession in 6 years, does that tell you something ? I doubt it.

I don't think the climate change assumptions are that stupid. Well borne out, actually. Probably why the notion is supported by such a large majority of scietnists.

Speaking of "she me some of evidence" though...
Who has some evidence to produce for this one from the article...
"The EEA said the EU as a whole also was on track to meet its goals on getting 20 per cent of its energy from renewable sources such as wind, solar and hydropower by 2020, and of improving energy efficiency by 20 per cent."
I don't believe it.
So if the decrease in CO2 is not coming from there, where is it coming from?
The theory that makes the most sense to me is the one that says a decrease in industry, and a switch over from coal to natural gas explains any decrease in human produced CO2 that might have actually been measured.
BTW seeing as we're asking for evidence, where is the data on this claimed decrease in human produced, European, greenhouse gas at?
