OnTheIce OnTheIce:
It was more for you, than it was the other user.

I know.

OnTheIce OnTheIce:
You're debating in circles. Using the equation you used, you are correct. Regardless of how you spin the equation, the combination of parties always works out as the winner.

So what other party has been willing to form a coalition with Stephen Harper? Please tell me it's the Bloc.

OnTheIce OnTheIce:
Looking at pure numbers, more people voted for someone else other than the Liberal Party compared to that of the Conservatives.

But nobody else likes the Conservative party. They don't play nice with others.

Who's talking coalition?

You're debating that more people voted against the Conservative Party while ignoring the same holds true for the Liberals. Just admitting it and moving forward, not spinning to dodge the error would be the better course of action, IMO.

By the numbers:

10,041,961 voted for a party other than the Liberal Party.

8,466,350 votes for a party other than the Conservative Party.

Does our system suck? Yes, it does.

No if you can believe it, we're actually debating weather the NDP has the right to form a coalition with the Liberals if it feels its voters are best supported by doing that.

Yet nobody wants to be friends with Stephen.. Sad isn't it.

Ah yes, well I'll be specific for you.

My posts are in a direct reply to your comment:

Still you would have to face facts that more people voted against redneckism than for it.

So while you may be discussing a dead issue with the others, I'm replying directly to you arguing yourself into a circle over the math. I'll ensure to be more clear next time.

Sure thing. Still no explanation about how the math could ever work in the favour of a Conservative coalition with anybody except The Bloc... But thanks for trying this time around.

Again, since you appear to be playing dumb for the sake of argument, I'm not talking about the coalition nor am I explaining how it would work in favour of the CPC or who they'd work with.

I can repeat it a third time, if necessary.

Please do.. Because I'm very interested in how what you are saying has anything to do with the conversation about how the NDP has no right to favour a Liberal government.

I'd rather not argue like that either but when a monkey throws shit at you, your options are limited.

Funny, thats what everybody believes whenever you cry about the Liberals which clearly you were doing here.

Akhenaten Akhenaten:

your hypocrisy by now should be self-evident the way you skipped ridens nonsense which was at least identical to mine.

You're right: your stuff is nonsense. "Quit picking on me...pick on riden my arch-special-olympics-debate rival". Amazing what constitutes 'proof' in your world.

No problem, I'll help you out there: the media is not 'left-wing' bias. It's commercially bias. It will manufacture stories and design them to gain the most attention in order to sell the most advertizing. There is no other motive. As a rule failure is more attention-grabbing than success, for example. On the next election they will of course report on the winner, but write forever on the loser (what did they do wrong, how can they do right, etc).
There is little to be gained in following a liberal bias agenda unless you know your majority readership has a liberal bias. Subsequently you get right-wing 'biases' too in that vien but they are all fake biases.

You can keep crying about it but clearly you are simply engaging in the flame war (just being a hypocrite about it) and clearly you aren't offering anything of any substance and you continue it.

You are running on the inside track after all.

Akhenaten Akhenaten:

What happened? Did Derby send out an SOS to every Liberal partisan hack on the board? Try and pigeon hole me and you'll make a fool of yourself.

See. Flame war. Hell you can even resist some tin-foiler nonsense that I needed help because curtman showed up.

Did ridenrain call out to you for help?

Notice the complaints about you mysteriously showing up at my beck and call when the same could be said for them showing up at ridens beck and call.

Mustang1, Dayseed, and I used to get that a lot also.

Well I serve nobody. I really enjoy the discussions here, except when they devolve into mud slinging. It's very hard to resist the urge to get sucked into it.
