$1: Well you "Canadians" don't have a say or vote.
Yeah blame McCain for the Forrestal. reaching when you have nothing.
WOW!! The American dream to make money, be well off have a house or houses. Suddenly this is now tabo because he can't count is houses.
So he married well, good go McCain.
This so what attitude throws all your anti-Obama remarks in the trashcan. After all you havent really made a single real argument against Obama yet. Just the typical rightie smears. He's muslim, he'll tax Americans, he doesn't like Oilsands, etc etc. FYI I don't think most Canadians outside of Alberta care about the Oilsands issue. Then again most Canadians don't have a say in this election. We'll get our say in our own preferably this fall.

The 1st three would have been enough to have someone who graduated nearly dead last to be a washout. You can't say he was not given preferential treatment in those circumstances. Let's be frank at least he didn't take 5 deferments or serve in the Champaign unit and not get an honorable discharge because he refused to pee in a cup.

Health Care John McCain is willing to address the fundamental problem: the rapidly rising cost of U.S. health care. Bringing costs under control is the only way to stop the erosion of affordable health insurance, save Medicare and Medicaid, protect private health benefits for retirees, and allow our companies to effectively compete around the world. Read More
National Security The most sacred responsibility vested in a president - the commander in chief - is to "preserve and protect" American citizens. John McCain has the necessary vision and unrivaled experience to command the United States armed forces and adapt our nation's defenses to the demands of a changing and dangerous world. Read More
Education Excellence, choice, and competition in American education. John McCain believes American education must be worthy of the promise we make to our children and ourselves. He understands that we are a nation committed to equal opportunity, and there is no equal opportunity without equal access to excellent education. Read More
Iraq John McCain believes it is strategically and morally essential for the United States to support the Government of Iraq to become capable of governing itself and safeguarding its people. The best way to secure long-term peace and security is to establish a stable, prosperous, and democratic state in Iraq. When Iraqi forces can safeguard their own country, American troops can return home. Read More
Climate Change John McCain will establish a market-based system to curb greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, mobilize innovative technologies, and strengthen the economy. He will work with our international partners to secure our energy future, to create opportunities for American industry, and to leave a better future for our children. Read More
Veterans America owes its liberty, its prosperity, and its future to our veterans who have dedicated their lives to protecting our great country. John McCain has fought to honor our national commitment to our veterans who have given their careers and livelihoods to ensuring our freedom. He believes we must provide for service members and their families while they serve, we must help those who return from combat to adjust to civilian life, and we must honor and never forget the service of those who do not return. Read More
Immigration John McCain has always believed that our border must be secure and that the federal government has utterly failed in its responsibility to ensure that it is secure. If we have learned anything from the recent immigration debate, it is that Americans have little trust that their government will honor a pledge to do the things necessary to make the border secure. The Sanctity of Life During more than five years as a POW in Vietnam, John McCain experienced the worst assaults on human dignity imaginable. Yet each day he also saw in his fellow prisoners the power of human compassion and the will to prevail against unimaginable evil. It is this experience, and a life dedicated to public service, that has imbued in John McCain a fundamental commitment to the protection of human dignity that will shape his presidency. Read More
2nd Amendment John McCain believes that the right of law abiding citizens to keep and bear arms is a fundamental, individual Constitutional right that we have a sacred duty to protect. We have a responsibility to ensure that criminals who violate the law are prosecuted to the fullest, rather than restricting the rights of law abiding citizens. Gun control is a proven failure in fighting crime. Law abiding citizens should not be asked to give up their rights because of criminals - criminals who ignore gun control laws anyway. Read More
Judicial Philosophy John McCain believes that one of the greatest threats to our liberty and the Constitutional framework that safeguards our freedoms are willful judges who usurp the role of the people and their representatives and legislate from the bench. As President, John McCain will nominate judges who understand that their role is to faithfully apply the law as written, not impose their opinions through judicial fiat. Read More

Those who serve in positions of public trust have a patriotic duty to serve the national interest with integrity and accountability, to conduct ourselves in a manner worthy of the people we are privileged to serve. Most important, McCain tackled the Immigration issue, Obama ran and hid.
Obama is inexperienced, like George Bush. I don't want another 4 years of inexperience.

Let's be frank at least he didn't take 5 deferments or serve in the Champaign unit and not get an honorable discharge because he refused to pee in a cup. I disagree. Based on the statements made on that web site there would be no reason what so ever to ground him. The only flight that would indicate a pilot error would have been the wires. If they’d have had anymore evidence that could point to his incompetence it would have been there. The fact it lacks more information and in fact implies a great tragedy indicates they’re not interested in providing the truth.

Mr_Canada Mr_Canada: I just wish people supporting McCain could actually make an intelligent arguments against Obama.
Welcome to politics. Intelligent arguments don't win many votes. I wonder how many people, really, are "swing" voters? The divide between the left and the right in the States has never been so wide in my lifetime. The extremists rule and they spout their visceral loathing for each other in all the media. Conservatvies are baby-killing plutocrats. Liberals are immoral cowards. Frankly, I'm not sure that all the effort for this election is really worth it. I think most Americans have already made up their minds. There's just not much "middle ground" left in American politics, seemingly.

I am about sick of the corruption in Washington and in politics in general, but I don't think we have reached the breaking point yet. Hopefully we will soon, so the public will light the fire under the politicians and fix things. Otherwise I see America continuing to stagnate. It doesn't feel nice.

It's the shittiest shit, I've ever shat. ps fyi: Everyone indulges in drugs. I'm drinking a drug at work right now. It's a really nasty drug, but I put sugar and milk in it to make it taste tolerable.
