If other medications could be made at home safely in cookie form with no harm to anybody, would you support that instead of creating a market for gangsters to profit from? Or would you insist that corporations produce it in canisters?

I think prescription drugs should be made as non-habit forming as possible, so cookies would be out.

How is having an inhaler in your pocket going to be less habit forming? It'll certainly be more expensive, so I guess thats going to make some difference. But that idea seems strange.
