There are some special 'no pissing' signs in Brussels around some of the landmarks,
so I guess the rest of the city is open for business.

Euro cities certainly look like public toilets some days.

Some time ago I was reading about a Canadian soldier during WW2 who was on leave and "sponsored" by a family from Brussels to enjoy his leave at their home.
At one point the man of the house starting yapping on about how Canada had no culture and how cultural Belgium was, especially Brussels. After about 15 minutes of listing to it, the Canadian shot back, "Yeah, well at least in uncultured Canada we don't piss in the streets."
