When the government announced massive cuts to refugee healthcare under the IFH program, Minister of Citizenship and Immigration Jason Kenney boasted that the cuts would save Canadian taxpayers $100 million over five years.

I guess these people do. The justification of cutting 20 million from healthcare because of tough times, while increasing spending to 100 million on advertising is hard to swallow.
